As a buyer's agent, she carefully searches available home for sale, and previews homes for her clients. She uses real estate skills to try to locate the best property available at a reasonable price. She does an analysis to determine the average value of properties in the neighborhood. She negotiates the contract to get the best price for the home. She helps the buyer navigate inspection, appraisal, and the closing process.
