I have had the pleasure of getting to know Collin over the last year. In that time he has always gone above his role to make sure everyone is pleased. He never fails to be courteous and thoughtful in any conversation. It's not just Collin's work ethic that impressed Mike & I. His maturity level far exceeds that of his age. Occasionally, Mike and I would run into Collin at the gym in which he always seemed determined and focused. He would take time to finish his workout before getting into conversation.
