Commerical sites in a growing resort community.I have been active as a "developer" and a "realtor" here on Mustang Island and Port Aransas for more than 20 years. I was involved with the development of 10 miles of Gulf Front property on Mustand Island during the 1970's, bringing water and sewer to this part of the Island and creating 69 development tract, each tract having 300 front feet on the Gulf of Mexico and the Island Highway. These tracts have primarily been used for Gulf Front Condominium developments and Gulf Front Residential developments. I was the developer of three high-rise Gulf Front Condominium projects here on Mustang, namely the Dunes, the Sea Gull, and the Sandpiper. My company, Coldwell Banker Island Realtors, with eight full time agents including myself, is the only Real Estate company on the Island affiliated with a National Company and the only one affiliated with the Greater Corpus Christi Association of Realtors and the Coastal Bend Multiple Listing Service.
